Every member of our staff is trained in low-stress, fear-free handling, because a calmer animal is a healthier one. Whether it’s a nervous rescue or a lifelong regular, we take the time to make each visit gentle, unhurried, and genuinely kind.
Lead Veterinarian & Owner
Dr. Hart grew up on a working farm outside Fulshear and has spent her career caring for the animals of the surrounding countryside. She founded Cottage Hills on the belief that thorough, modern medicine and an unhurried bedside manner belong together — not at odds. Her clinical interests span senior-pet medicine, pain management, and soft-tissue surgery.
When she isn’t in the clinic, she’s usually out on the trails with her two rescue hounds, Biscuit and Sage, or tending the vegetable garden behind the practice.
